Schedule: Tuesday-Friday (2:00 PM - 6:00 PM) & Some Saturdays (9:00 AM - 2:00 PM)

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Shop Assistant Intern in St. George, Utah. In this role, you will contribute to our shop operations, including bike assembly, inventory management, and shipping. Previous bike experience is preferred but not required; we are looking for someone who is willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the assembly, repair, and maintenance of our electric bikes
- Learn and utilize the point-of-sale system to accurately process customer orders and payments.
- Aid in inventory management, including receiving and organizing shipments of bike parts and accessories.
- Assist in packaging and shipping orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering product and technical questions both in-store and over the phone.
- Learn and utilize Shopify to update product listings, manage inventory levels, and process returns and exchanges.
- Keep the shop clean and organized, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
- Collaborate with the team and assist in any other tasks or projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with bikes and basic bike maintenance is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Must be able to lift and carry heavy bikes and equipment (up to 50 pounds).
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software programs quickly.
