E Ride Pro SS 4.0

The E Ride Pro SS 4.0 is the most aggressive bike E Ride Pro has built on the SS platform. Peak motor output climbs to 18kW, the battery moves to a new 72V 50Ah pouch-cell pack, and the suspension is now the same FASTACE setup found on the E Ride Pro SR. Add a fourth ride mode — Race — and you have a bike aimed squarely at hard trail riding and closed-course sessions.

0-30 mph comes in roughly 2 seconds, with a top speed up to 62 mph off-road. Range lands at 64+ miles at 25 mph, or 100+ miles at a steady 15 mph.

What's New From the SS 3.0

• 18kW peak motor power — a step up from the SS 3.0, with a 7kW rated output.
• New 72V 50Ah pouch-cell battery — same 3,600Wh capacity as the 3.0, but a new cell format and swappable design.
• Race mode added — the 3.0 ran Eco, Sport, and Reverse. The 4.0 adds Race for full-send performance.
• SR-spec FASTACE suspension — 220mm of travel, 775mm overall front fork length, and a 600 lb rear shock spring.
• New battery side plate — covers the battery and doubles as a race number plate.
• Integrated front and rear blinkers — built into the bike rather than added on.
• New bash guard — protects the motor and lower components from rocks and trail debris.
• Widened 22mm drive pulley — heavier-duty than the 3.0 pulley, with the same mud drainage grooves.
• Heavier overall — 161 lbs, reflecting the beefier suspension, frame, and hardware.

Carried over from the 3.0: 58-tooth sprocket, 428 chain, 12mm jackshaft bolt, straight-pull hubs, reinforced frame and swingarm, adjustable rear linkage (0.5"), DOT 4 hydraulic brakes with regen, and Bluetooth app adjustability.

SR-Level Suspension

The 4.0 borrows its suspension package straight from the E Ride Pro SR. That means FASTACE front and rear, 220mm of travel, a 775mm overall fork length, and a stiff 600 lb spring on the rear shock — enough to keep the bike composed through braking bumps, deep ruts, chopped-out trail, and hard landings. The rear linkage adjusts a half inch, so you can dial chassis balance and shock response to your weight and how you ride.

Backing it up: a reinforced frame and swingarm to handle the extra motor output, a direct-mount stem for sharper steering feel, and CNC foot pegs that give you a solid platform when you're up and standing through the technical stuff.

72V 50Ah Pouch-Cell Battery

The new swappable pouch-cell pack holds 3,600Wh. Expect 64+ miles at 25 mph, or 100+ miles if you keep it around 15 mph — though real-world range shifts with terrain, rider weight, temperature, tire pressure, ride mode, and how hard you're on the throttle.

A 20% to 90% charge takes about 3.5 hours. Because the pack pulls out, charging, servicing, or swapping it is as simple as it gets.
