Amped Bikes “Ride the Falcon GT in Utah” Giveaway — Official Rules

  1. Sponsor. Amped Bikes (“Sponsor”).

  2. No Purchase Necessary. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

  3. Promotion Period. Starts when the launch video goes live on October 31, 2025 and ends November 14, 2025 at 11:59 PM Mountain Time (“Promotion Period”).

  4. Eligibility. Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States & D.C., 18+ at time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family/household members of Sponsor and its affiliates are not eligible.

    • Base Entry (YouTube): (a) Subscribe to our YouTube channel; (b) Like the launch video; (c) Comment on the launch video telling us why you want to ride the Falcon GT in Utah and include your Instagram handle or email so we can contact you.

    • Bonus Entry (Instagram): Follow @AmpedBikes on Instagram and share the launch video to your feed or story tagging @AmpedBikes. Profiles must be public at time of verification, or DM a screenshot as proof if requested.

    • Entry Limits: Max one (1) base entry and one (1) bonus entry per person. Additional or automated entries are void. Entries must comply with platform terms.

      How to Enter. During the Promotion Period:

       

  6. Winner Selection & Odds. Within 4 days after the Promotion Period, we will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds depend on number of eligible entries.

  7. Winner Notification/Verification. We will attempt to notify the potential winner by YouTube reply/DM and/or Instagram DM/email (per info provided in the entry). The potential winner must respond within 72 hours of first attempted contact and may be required to complete an eligibility affidavit, liability/publicity release, IRS forms, and provide a valid government ID. If the potential winner does not respond on time, fails verification, or declines, an alternate may be selected.

    • Round-trip economy air transportation from a major U.S. airport near winner’s residence to Utah (airport/city at our discretion);

    • Two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations (single occupancy, room and tax only);

    • A guided Falcon GT e-Moto ride in Utah with Amped representatives (route/location at our discretion).

    • Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,500. Actual value may vary based on departure city and travel dates. Any difference will not be awarded.

      Prize (1 total). A hosted “Ride the Falcon GT in Utah” experience for the winner, consisting of:

       

    Prize Conditions: Travel must be booked through us or our designee and taken on dates we designate (subject to weather/availability). Winner is responsible for all other expenses, including ground transportation, meals, incidentals, baggage fees, insurance, and any required travel authorizations. Winner must comply with all safety instructions, wear provided protective gear, and sign liability and assumption-of-risk waivers before participating in any riding activity. If we determine conditions are unsafe or the winner is unable/unwilling to ride, we may substitute a non-riding experience of equal or greater value. No cash or other substitution, except we may substitute the prize (or component) for one of equal/greater value if unavailable. Prize is non-transferable. Winner is solely responsible for any taxes.

  9. Content Rules. Entries must be original to the entrant, must not infringe any third-party rights, and must not be defamatory, obscene, or unlawful. We may disqualify any entry that violates these rules or platform policies.

  10. Publicity Release. Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for us to use winner’s name, handle, likeness, city/state, and entry (in whole or part) for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation or notice.

  11. General Conditions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, platform actions, or any factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by us. We are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, corrupted, or incomplete entries or communications. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.

  12. Release. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Amped Bikes, YouTube, Instagram, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with participation or acceptance/use of the prize.

  13. Platform Disclosure. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube or Instagram. You are providing your information to Amped Bikes, not to YouTube or Instagram.

  14. Privacy. Information collected is subject to our privacy practices available at ampedbikes.com (or our applicable privacy policy URL).

  15. Disputes/Governing Law. Governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any claims shall be resolved individually, without class action, exclusively in state or federal courts located in Utah, and entrants consent to jurisdiction therein. Damages limited to actual out-of-pocket costs; no punitive, consequential, or multiplied damages.

  16. Winner Announcement. The confirmed winner will be announced on or about November 18, 2025 on our YouTube channel and via our Instagram Stories (@AmpedBikes).
