This video was after my son received the replacement controller for his falcon pro! He hasn’t been able to ride in months and he’s been dying to get back on!!!! The customer service I have received during this process has been top notch! I can’t thank them enough!!! Thank you guys so so much!
These guys are great! Even when I regrettably resorted to foul language they still did their best to help me out. And for that I’m grateful. Very helpful crew!

3 stars or less for controller itself. Mine went bad after 530 miles. 5 stars for AMPED customer service. They got me a new warranty controller shipped immediately.
Super prompt response to my costumer service request under warranty. I got a call the first business day after I submitted the message and the problem was resolved within minutes. 10 out of 10.
I’m so incredibly disappointed in the bike and the process in working with customer service to attempt to get it fixed.
We purchased a 79 bike for our 14 year old. Absolutely loves it! Had a controller problem after a few weeks, was able to talk to them, try and fix it ourselves but ultimately had to get a new controller. They 2 dayed the controller, helped us put it together and its good as new. Extremely helpful!
