I put my order in for my Talaria sting mx4 at 12::0pm. And had the bike in my possession by 4:30 the same day. Who else could do that besides Amped. Thank you Amped. The Talaria Sting is Legit.
Great company. Responsive when you need help, professional and courteous. We were kept in informed on when the product order was coming. Everything went smoothly. lost a star because this was a warranty issue. nothing bad on Amped bikes, but they asked how I rate the charger and I cant give it 5 stars because the original failed in less than a year. the new one acquired under warranty whish Amped bikes carrie out flawlessly is fine and works as expected.
The charger came to house two days before scheduled hopefully this was the reason and not the battery?
The charger that came with the bike when I putchased the bike brand new lasted 1,300 miles or a couple of months worth of charging and failed. They sent a new one under warranty and it works. When they sent the replacement charger, they sent the wrong part and we had to send it back. We were down at least a month before the replacement charger made it! I can't give a good review as its too soon. They did sent two Tshirts for the hassle. Im worried about how reliable the rest of the bike is going to be when the warranty is up!

Had a warranty issue, Jake at the amped team was very helpful and resolved the problem quickly
